Healthy Breakfast Recipes- Vegetables Omelet
Requirements:
- 6 Eggs150
- Grams of sausage cut round
- 100 Grams of carrots roughly chopped
- 200 Grams coarse chopped spinach
- 1 Onion cut in the rough
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ½ Teaspoon ground pepper
- 400 cc of liquid milk without sugar
- 3 Spoons margarine
How to Make Healthy Omelet:
- Boil chopped carrots in boiling water for a moment, do not need to really mature .
